The exposition of another hall consists of materials telling about the organization of the Azrevkom, the creation of the People’s Commissariat of Health of the Republic as part of the Council of People’s Commissars. Photocopies are shown: the first decrees of the Azrevkom on the nationalization of pharmacies, the first order of the People’s Commissariat of Health of the Republic dated April 29, 1920, the first rectors of Baku University V. I. Razumovsky and S. N. Davidenkov.

We get acquainted with photographs of graduates, professors, teachers of the first issue of the medical faculty of Baku (since 1922 Azerbaijan) University, as well as with various medical journals published in Baku, annals and other works of teachers, university scientists; learn how the first research institutes were organized.

About the First Azerbaijan Rector of the University Tagi Shahbazi and N. N. Narimanov are described in a separate special section. Busts of Nariman Narimanov and Gazanfar Musabekov were erected, both of them were chairmen of the Council of People’s Commissars of Azerbaijan.
